My Mind

Welcome

By Ricky Housley

One of the craziest tangle of connections, ideas, and thoughts; my mind would be enough to drive anyone insane. I am constantly at work trying to clarify the world in my head every small bit at a time. I am known by family members as unexpected or random because when I need to know something to continue a conversation within my head I always ask a question. Usually this question is completely unrelated to the conversation at hand. Only a few weeks ago the rest of my family was discussing how delicious the meal they had was, or something of the sort, when I came to a blockade in my mental discussion and asked a question to help clarify it, "which way does the blade of a chainsaw rotate?". You can imagine the puzzled looks on their faces.

Compared to the people reading this I have no qualifications nor any schooling, and as you can tell by the writing, it is not college I am soon to complete. Even though I have not yet completed nearly half of my education, I still am knowledgeable enough to spam the internet with the contents of my mind. Hey, at least I'm not some old guy in his boxers blogging about his bike ride. From the soon to be written articles you will probably notice that I have an interest in science. I have won the grand prize at the MA state science fair two years in a row now. Not to fret though, my mind is not completely focused on science, and I will also be writing about "group dynamics", something my teacher never ceases to talk about, along with societal things, Emmerson and Thoreau.

Anyways, welcome to a little bit of my mind where I will continue to post things I think about that are fun, interesting, crazy, or pretty much whatever is on my mind. So, don't get lost, don't go insane, and welcome to my mind.
